Refund Eligibility: If you are not satisfied with the item after receiving it, you can apply for a refund within 14 days of receiving the item.
Contact: The returned item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Refunds will be limited to the amount of the item itself (excluding shipping costs).

Get Return Authorization: The Customer Service team will provide you with a Return Authorization and detailed return instructions.
Ship Return: Ship the item back to our designated address as instructed. The return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly. - Refund Processing
Once we receive your return and confirm that the item is eligible for a refund, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Refunds will be processed through your original payment method. If you do not receive a refund within 7 business days, please check your bank account or contact your payment platform. - Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not support direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange the product, please follow our return process to apply for a refund and place a new order after receiving the refund. - Abnormal circumstances
Defective goods: If the product you received is defective or damaged, please contact customer service as soon as possible and we will provide you with a refund or replacement service.
Wrong shipment: If we send the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and we will provide you with free return and re-shipment of the correct product.
